HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

Orders to qualify for free shipping, must ship within the 48 Continental US. (International orders will ship free to freight forwarders in the continental US)

Orders MUST be placed from the website. (NO PHONE ORDERS & NO COD's)

All orders ship by UPS Ground.  If large orders will not be accepted by UPS, the order will ship on skids by freight hauler.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We make all efforts to ship your order, from our facility, within 2 to 3 business days.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT?

No, you can shop on the site without setting up an account.  The advantage to setting up an account is that your shopping cart will be saved if you want to continue shopping at a later time and your Ship To and Bill To address is saved.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We will only process International Orders using the services of a Freight Forwarder.  You will need to contact a forwarder that services the United States.  When you place an order, you will put the Freight Forwarder address in the Ship To portion of the order.  We will ship to the Freight Forwarder located here in the United States Free of shipping costs.  They will then be your agent and process the order to you where you are located.

This is the only method by which we will process International Orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to know what will or will not clear your particular country's customs.  Refunds will not be issued for held merchandise.  If you have a question, please contact your local customs office to see if questionable items will clear the customs of your particular country.
